In order to achieve a safe and healthy work environment we undertake to:
- Ensure new staff are appropriately inducted and trained in areas of Health and Safety.
- Ensure that all staff are regularly assessed in relation to their understanding of our Health & Safety standards.
- Hold monthly Health & Safety Meetings to ensure compliance.
- Identify and control hazards in our work place
- Maintain up to date records in regard to accident or injury reporting and following up any investigation to make certain there are no repeat events.
We ensure the safety of our staff and clients by holding regular toolbox meetings, reviewing of Health & Safety documentation and on-going staff training. We are members of HazardCo who keep us up to date on all new issues of compliance in regard to Health & Safety.
